Honestly these are my go-to for NED heads. I prefer the EWG style, less snags overall. The sensitivity of these heads is amazing. Makes it easy to teach my son how to fish a NED head.

Excellent little jig. Just enough weight for a slow drop in the water column. The hook size is perfect for using a stick bait.
